ABOUT US
The Gathering Faith Leadership Network is a ministry committed to helping pastors and their families experience lasting soul care. Since its launch in 2021, the work in Nigeria has reached 12,000 pastors, pastors’ wives, pastors’ kids, ministry leaders, and seminary students through training programs, retreats, and large-scale conferences. Now, in 2026, we are launching our U.S. organization.
WHY GFLN?
Your health is our priority
Soul care isn't another program on your calendar. It's a conversation built by pastors, for pastors — short enough to fit your week, honest enough to change it.
01
Healthy leaders stay sharp.
This is the space to introduce the Services section. Briefly describe the types of services offered and highlight any special benefits or features.
02
Real lessons. Real impact.
Designed around pastoral life, not against it. Short, flexible touchpoints that fit between Sunday and everything else.
03
Pastors caring for pastors.
No clinical language. No therapy framing. Just shepherds in honest conversation, rooted in faith and shared experience.

ALWAYS CONNECTED
Real Community
A lasting network of pastors who stay connected long after the cohort ends.
U.S. Based
Designed around the specific pressures American pastors face every day.
Whole Person
Caring for your faith, family, leadership, and relationships — not just your ministry.
