ABOUT US
The Gathering Faith Leadership Network is a pastoral care ministry committed to serving pastors and ministry leaders across the United States. Launched in 2025, our work began with a simple but urgent conviction: Pastors are not okay.
Behind the pulpit, many faithful leaders are quietly battling emotional exhaustion, spiritual dryness, unresolved wounds, and hidden pressures. Some feel stuck in shame, burnout, or people-pleasing. Others are leading from trauma or unprocessed grief. Too often, the very ones called to care for others have no one caring for them.
That’s where we come in.
At The Gathering, we don’t just focus on what pastors do, we care deeply about who they are. Our initiatives create safe, structured environments where ministry leaders can be honest about their struggles, experience deep healing, and rediscover the joy of their calling.

What We Do
Through our Soul Care Training programs, we walk pastors and ministry leaders through the often-overlooked emotional, spiritual, and relational dimensions of ministry. These include:
-
The pastor’s relationship with God
-
The pastor’s relationship with their spouse
-
The pastor’s relationship with their children
-
The pastor’s relationship with their church
-
The pastor’s relationship with other pastors
Our training includes guided teaching, personal reflection, prayer, assessments, and small group cohorts. These cohorts foster honest conversation, build trusted relationships, and become a lifeline for many who have felt isolated or unseen in leadership.
In addition to serving pastors directly, we also come alongside key ministry staff and leadership teams, equipping them to lead not just with skill, but with humility, emotional maturity, and shared accountability. In an age where moral failures and emotional fatigue have shaken the Church, we’re helping leaders build healthy, enduring cultures.
